Lia Campos, LCSW

Lia is a compassionate psychotherapist who specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults in overcoming the lasting effects of trauma. Fluent in English and Spanish, Lia brings a strength-based and collaborative approach to her work, partnering with clients to help them feel understood and discover practical strategies for improving their lives.

Lia earned her bachelor’s degree from Hampshire College in Amherst and her master’s in social work from New York University. She integrates a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including attachment-based and trauma-focused models, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based treatments. With her warm, team-oriented style, Lia focuses on empowering her clients to regain a sense of control and move toward greater happiness and fulfillment.
