Daniela Flores, MPsy, MS, LPC
Daniela is a bilingual (English/Español) Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, family conflict, school problems, eating disorders, gender and sexuality issues, and multicultural and acculturation concerns.
With graduate degrees in counseling and psychology, Daniela has also received extensive postgraduate training in various therapeutic approaches, including psychoanalytic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, trauma-informed psychotherapy, EMDR, family therapy, mindfulness, and harm reduction.
Daniela creates a respectful, collaborative, and compassionate space where clients feel supported and empowered to explore their strengths, confront challenges, and make meaningful changes. She believes that clients are the experts in their own lives and values the opportunity to help them take ownership of their growth, leading to greater relief and a better quality of life.
